Returns:
Venova Collects accepts the return of products within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days upon receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be given for any items returned to us in the same condition they were sent out. Return postage must be paid for by the customer and our P&P charges will not be refunded.
Cancellation:
If you want to cancel an order, that is not a problem, simply let us know and if you order hasn't been dispatched yet we will be happy to cancel any order. If your items have been dispatched then you may simply return your item in accordance to our Returns Policy.
