Who is your shipping provider?
Venova Collectibles uses Royal Mail and connected companies for all shipping purposes. All UK shipments are tracked 48 hours.
What are your postage costs?
All postage is calculated on weight and size of order.
What packaging is used?
All individual cards purchased are sleeved and shipped with a toploader in a graded card holder. This ensures products are not damaged during transit. Some cards will be shipped in their own toploader.
Where possible, we use recycled mailers, ensuring the same protection is provided as would be in a brand-new mailer, and encourage customers to continue using the packaging they receive for their own purposes.
