After over two years selling cards online via streaming platforms and marketplaces, I've gone through a fair amount of products in the quest to optimize my setup and operations.
It can be daunting, but these products are ones I have genuinely purchased via Amazon and use regularly.

Recommended Products For Postage
Ultra Pro 3x4 Clear Regular Toploader Thick Card Sleeves
I use at least one toploader with every order I send out. While I don't always topload individual cards, I will always attach one toploader into the bundle to reduce the risk of damage to cards in transit.
Ultra Pro Penny Soft Card Sleeves 10 Pack
I go through sleeves like it's going out of fashion, and the pack of 1000 Ultra Pro Sleeves is a regular purchase. I always put every card I sell in a penny sleeve, regardless of it is a 5p card or a £50 card.
MUNBYN Shipping Label Printer 4x6
Purchasing a label printer was one of the best decisions I've made, as it's made the process of packaging and shipping much easier. The MUNBYN is easy to use and set-up, and I use it pretty much every day.
I've also got some additional recommendations to go alongside the label printer.
- MUNBYN Thermal Labels 4x6 Fanfold Pack of 500 - Buy a load in advance, as you'll go through these quickly.
- MUNBYN Label Holder For Rolls & Fan-Fold Labels - Stores the labels in a stack and feeds them into the printer, reduces risk of jamming.
Mintkeeper PSA Compatible Resealable Slab Sleeves
Slab sleeves, aka 'team bags', are one of the products I recommend most. I use these in every order, putting a bundle of cards sold into the bag, alongside an additional toploader, if needed, to ensure there's no movement in transit. I tape the bag to the box.
Triplast C6 160 x 110 x 20 mm Large Letter Postal Box
You shouldn't take any shortcuts with packaging, and the Large Letter Postal Boxes are my personal favourite. Though they are more expensive than hard-backed envelopes, it's a worthwhile outlay, as they're much more secure, especially given the missing post problems that are regularly documented.
If someone has messed with the package, you'll know prior to opening it - which takes me onto the next point.
Indigo Small White Plastic Mailing Bags
Mail bags come in all sorts of colours, but I use white, though there's no reason for that. These fit the Large Letter boxes inside comfortable, and add an extra layer of reliability, as it will be extremely obvious if someone has opened the package.
Recommended Products For Streaming
If I could recommend just a single product, it'd be this. Keeping tabs on orders is crucial, and I've minimized my mistakes with this set up. It's stuck to my wall, and I use a separate pocket for each customer, slotting their purchased cards into a pocket for safe keeping.
Honestly, this is a lifesaver, and while there are some complex set ups people have, these are quick and easy, and you can expand to multiple, if you need.
Webcam Stand For Logitech C920 to C922
I use a Logitech C920 for my streams, and this webcam is perfect. It's easy to set up and move, so I don't need to have it constantly taking up space. I do recommend looking into all camera options though, as the right camera for you will vary based on your setup and available space.
I used to stream using an iPhone, and know many sellers that still do, but I changed to webcam and OBS due to my setup. I still use this phone holder regularly though when recording content and taking pictures, and it's great.
Any nail polish organizer works perfectly for streaming, giving you a back drop to display desired cards or products. Though they can be quite delicate, it's a quick and cheap option for displaying cards on stream.

Card Guardian 9-Pocket Top Loader Binder
Does what it says on the tin, holds top-loaded cards. Previously used a four-pocket version, but outgrew it. Various styles available.
If you're sending any cards off for grading, these are must haves. The majority of grading companies, including PSA, request cards to be sent in semi-rigid holders. As I'm grading more and more, I regularly have these on hand.
DARKBEAM UV Torch Mini Black Light
The human eyes can only see so much. If you've ever got a card back from grading and questioned why it has been knocked down, check it with a black light. This will easily display any scratches, dents, or whitening, and I use it daily to check card conditions.
Canon LiDE 300 Colour Flatbed Scanner
High-resolution scanning of cards has significantly reduced the messages I have received asking for more pictures. Once you have it set up, you'll never look back.
I used to write prices with pens, but I have the handwriting of a toddler. The Swift Price Gun is easy to use and reload, allowing me to price cards quickly and efficiently.
FunGuys Graded Card Storage Box
Use it to transport and store all of my graded cards, as well as top-loaded cards I use when vending in my display cabinet.
Storage Standard Card Sorting Tray
Whenever I'm sorting cards in any way, I use this tray. Easily allows me to sort cards into types, whether it's for specific sets, card styles, prices, or anything else.
EASEGMER Third Party KB4000 Storage Box
By far the best way to organise a large amount of bulk cards. It's a godsend.
